- Our value option. $9.99 for one to 101 items.
- Delivery is by Registered Air Mail
- Our postal service is fast! Its stated goal is to “dispatch outward airmail parcels to the designated air carrier within the same day or the following working day”. This goal is accomplished 99% of the time.
- Final delivery time is based on your country’s postal service.
DHL Worldwide Express 2-day Shipping
- Our fastest option. $34.99 for 1 to 101 items.
- Free shipping insurance up to $100!
- DHL will ship anywhere in the world in 2 business days for only $34.99
Return Policy
We check all items before they leave our warehouse to ensure they are working properly. We have a 14 day return policy for all items that are defective or broken during transport. If your item is broken upon arrival, please send of photo of it to customercare@purerapture.com. Please include your transaction number. If the photo clearly displays the damage, we will send a replacement. There is no need to return the damaged unit to us.
If your item is defective, you will need to ship the defective item to our warehouse at your cost. Upon receipt, we will send the replacement item. Pure Rapture will provide free shipping for the replacement item. Please contact customercare@purerapture.com to assist with the return process. Pure Rapture will not accept returns of any used item, or any item without intact tags and in original condition. Due to the personal nature of our products, items removed from original packaging are considered used.
Returns for any other reason will not be accepted.
Privacy Policy
We believe in discretion. For your privacy, our packaging in no way reveals the nature of its contents. You won't even see our store name on the return address. We ship using a plain brown packaging.
